      Aaron will write this one-
We stayed here for Robyn's 24th birthday (old girl) and I must say I picked a very good holiday for the occasion!

With a excellent sized room which overlooked the huge swimming pool, massages by the pool and a private beach 2 minutes walk away we just relaxed there for the two days and strolled around the streets near the hotel.

Apart from the temperamental wifi, we had a great time in this hotel and didn't want to leave!

      Koh Lanta! No Lanta!

From reading the title you may think that we didn't like Koh Lanta, well quite the opposite really, we thoroughly enjoyed the quiet streets on this island and all of it's natural, non commercial charm that it offered! I guess it's how the 'real Thailand' used to be. The reason why the title is as it is, is because when we asked for anything, from …

... and impromptu magic show. And he wasn't even half bad. We wrapped up the night after pad Thai guy tried to convince everyone to go to a bar that he worked for when he wasn't serving the best $2.5 pad Thai the world has to offer. It was a very relaxing day and a very fun night. Koh Lanta has definitely been a highlight! Day 57 We woke up early today because we were heading back to Krabi airport to go to Malaysia. We were expecting the ride to be as horrific as last ...

Falling in love with Krabi and the Andaman Sea

... way the sea front restaurant were we dined by the notorious Andaman sea. The waves crashed loudly against the side of the restaurant in a truly magnificent manner, i was mesmerised. 10 years ago Koh Lanta was badly effected by the india ocean tsunami, and i found it hard to get that from my mind, especially seeing the violent manner in which this sea behaved crashing up against the wall then slowly and eerily pulling back as far it could reach before exhaling ...

... to be tanning very much. Maybe we'd both applied too much sun cream? Maybe I just had stubborn skin? It remained a mystery until the end of the day, but the mystery resolved itself in spectacular fashion, as I shall explain later... Having snacked sufficiently, we took a stroll down to the beach and played in the waves, which weren't as big as yesterday so we kind of bobbed about very comfortably, and had a lovely moment together in the sea just realising where ...

... feet up. The staff were wonderfully helpful and immediately brought an ice towel to put on my ankle, followed by sprain cream and there was a constant delivery of ice brought to our room. The manager even called to make sure I was ok and to let him know if I needed to see a doctor. For the next few days the staff all asked how I was feeling which was a lovely touch. I'm fine now and we didn't let it ruin our stay-infact it's quite a good, comfortable place to spend a few ...
