We stayed here for Robyn's 24th birthday (old girl) and I must say I picked a very good holiday for the occasion!
With a excellent sized room which overlooked the huge swimming pool, massages by the pool and a private beach 2 minutes walk away we just relaxed there for the two days and strolled around the streets near the hotel.
Apart from the temperamental wifi, we had a great time in this hotel and didn't want to leave!

... fun dive' leaving the following day. Amelia and Jo, hesitantly, booked on to a 'discovery dive' for Thursday. As I'm sure most of you know - Amelia has had a huge phobia of fish, since the age of 10. So signing up to do a scuba dive in the fish abundant seas around Thailand was a massive deal! Feeling extremely excited after booking to do some fun dives (my first after acquiring my license in Cambodia), we went scootering off down the west coast of the island, taking in the beautiful ...
... my body decided that it was the best time to give me cramp, so whilst my partner, unknowingly, suddenly started her engine and flap away towards the caves entrance, I was left trying to float, whilst massaging my foot and trying to shake off a couple of Japanese tourists that didn't realise we actually left the line. Once I had managed to get my foot working again back on the boat, we enjoyed our final destination on the island of Ko Ngai. Unfortunately the beach where the ...
... is where almost everyone who comes to the Krabi area will go for at least a day. But then we decided to give it a miss as its quiet expensive to get to, plus we have heard that despite how beautiful it is, it has become quite Ibiza-esque. The beach here is beautiful enough anyway, so I think we'll just stick around here!
Tomorrow marks the start of our 4th month away! and only 3 days until we hit our 4th country, Malaysia!
... this with our first experience of travelling in a Tuk Tuk. They are equivalent local taxis in Thailand and are similar to a bike and side car. The driver is on a moped whilst we sit in the side carriage. They don't go very fast and are quite rickerty and dangerous, but fun and an easy, cheap way to get around Klong Dao beach wasn't as far as we thought, and well worth the visit, with fine white sand and lovely clear water. There were plenty ...
It really is hard work being sat out in the sun all day, so a much needed lie in is taken! It would have been better if the bed wasnt made of concrete, but beggars can't be choosers. Back to our favourite little cafe for some breakfast; I ******* live this woman! Crispy bacon, scrambled eggs, beans and brown toast. The only thing is missing is a bit of brown sauce, but beggars ca.... dammit, already used that one. Lee and Loz have headed off diving for the morning, so we decide to get ...
