    Since arriving in Indio last Friday, October 3, we have had a very relaxing, enjoyable time in spite of the heat. Our days have been spent checking out golf courses, golf equipment stores, shopping malls, consignment shops and of course golfing.     We get off hour late because Sue mistook the time. No problem, plenty of time to catch our flight, and we were both TSA-Pre so security was a breeze. Lousy meal at the Lunch in a Box in Las Vegas. Bumpy air to Houston, and the roughest landing in a loooong time. Lots of wind.

    ... from Mexico to Alaska in just minutes. We found the trail system very difficult to follow but walked on the little snow and ice they had to the Adventure Centre which was closed although no one ever told you.

    ... of JTNP was our overnight primitive camping trip, wind and bees included! Nothing like camping under the stars in the desert and trying to avoid the thirsty bees during the day!!
