Got onto our bus to Cabo San Lucas which cost $6 and took about 45-60 mins. Australian public transport has no clue with their pricing. 2 separate countries now and notice the major difference in public ...

Last blog, y'all. It was a heck of a trip.

Going through Tecate, the border crossing is always a hair-raising, nail-biting, stress-inducing, head shaking ordeal, not to mention the large dose of ATTITUDE heaped on us at immigration, then narrow, harrowing, streets to navigate to get on Route 3 south to Ensenada. Why are all these Mexican towns so Uuuuuuugly?

We were able to get through Ensenda ok, and stopped for lunch at ...

Well after one full day of chilling out I decided that, at some point in the day, I was going to leave the compound and see a little more of Cabo then the view from the pool over looking the beach. However, I needed to get some chill time in so I did not even start my "day" till at least after 2PM. I was in no hurry and felt I should maximize the pool-drink time so that I would not have to spend to much money in Cabo.

... a restaurant called, Hacienda Cocina y Cantinia, great place, very romantic. My parents watched the girls, so it was just Chad, my sister, and her husband. The resort that this restaurant is located in, is beautiful. You are right on the beach, and have comfortable seating to enjoy your meal, overlooking the sea of Cortez. Our food was fantastic, and not to overly price for the quantity and quality of the entree's. ...

... of the towns here shade trees aren't that plentiful. We were back on the ship by 5:00 that day and went and met Sheila & Inge (and spouses) for a drink on the promenade deck. Went back to our room for a nap (tough day at the beach you know) before we got dressed for dinner. Didn't watch the show that night was supposed to be flamingo guitar player but too much fun in the sun made for very tired Pellegrini's.
