    Woke at 2.30 am and just couldn't get back to sleep until after 6am- but on the bright side and due to the time difference I had a Facebook and email 'conversation' with some good friends in the UK. I'm still feeling so sad about Sadie and it was good to have some internet hugs.

    ... pumpkin soup which was supposed to have French bread with it but none available so a couple of pieces of toast appeared instead. Then an Amok fish curry - a national dish. Apparently the food here is not as spicy as elsewhere in SE Asia. There was also no Lok Lak, the main national dish with beef that R wanted, as there was no beef in the kitchen.     ... that. I think they find us weird because we like to become brown, stay in the sun the whole day and eat without a kilo of spices.

    One of the nicest things in Thailand is also the massage. They are great and cheap. Stefano doesn't like it so much, but I love it. Today I had a wonderful coconut oil massage. You smell so delicious afterwards.
