      Phase two taken care of! That only leaves the dry garbage, which is ultimately destined for a landfill. We have a garbage pick up system on Koh Lanta that is very well organized. People use blue barrels at the roadside and the garbage truck comes around, empties the barrels, and takes the refuse off to a landfill. A pretty universal system.       ... on atmospheric stilted jetties sitting over the water front. Some were charming little homes untouched from a 100 years ago with hanging baskets and some were happily converted into boathouse type restaurants where you could whirl away a couple of hours.       ... river back, we realised it would have been easier just to walk up the river. Just before the waterfall around a corner there were two rock formations and whilst Jay was filming I added a stone and walked onward not having a clue what he was up to. We got to the waterfall and it was very pretty.
