... for the entire day, having been on the go for the last 3 weeks it was very hard for us just to relax and know we had nothing to do. That was in fact why we came to this island, purely because there is nothing to do. As our time here draws to an end Koh Mak will always stay with us. This pier was unusual as it was more like a street in central Bangkok than a pier. As we got to the end we saw a small lighthouse which made us stop as it was placed perfectly in front of a back drop of jungle covered Thai Islands. We had New Years Eve with Maria and Claude. It was really nice on the beach with fire works and lampions. It's always fun to spend New Years Eve on the beach as we do in Rio. After New Years Eve Maria and Claude left. It was really great to spend time with them. Very nice people!
