Wohlverdientes Faulenzen auf Koh Chang
... verbringen zu können. Erstmal hieß es jedoch Ausschlafen. Zum Frühstücken ging es in das Restaurant vom Vortag, wo es guten Kaffee und wahlweise Pancake mit Joghurt und Mango für Lina und richtig leckeres Fruchtmüsli für mich gab. Ko Chang
... der Monat mit den
meisten Regentagen in Thailand. Aber davon haben wir uns nicht unterkriegen
lassen und haben uns Roller geliehen. Allein über die Insel zu düsen ist
Abenteuer genug. Steil und kurvig ohne Ende!
Statt Meer gab es dann für uns erstmal Wasserfälle. Aber
darin zu baden ist mindestens genauso toll wie im Meer :)
Am nächsten Tag sind wir mit dem Roller einmal um die Insel

Red, Green and Panang
... we produce during the day will be used for the food in the restaurant in the evening, as we will only require a fraction of the paste created. Apparently my Panang from the night before was produced by a German on the course yesterday!
The resulting food is a feast. After nearly 5 hours of cooking and demos we are hungry, but hardly make a dent in the banquet we have produced.
