... it was like a waterfall. We went and got some food on skewers which were so cheap and had a look around Lonely Beach. Then we went and spent most of our afternoon chilling at our resort restaurant, reading and catching up on internet time. I saw mice in our roof and there is this funny noise which I ...

Real fun to see, we looked around for a ...

We were all told to get off of the bus, which was a little confusing as were under the impression that we were going to the train station, not Khao San Road! We were told to get on a separate mini bus after we had grabbed our backpacks which had been hastily dumped on the sidewalk. We hopped ...

... heat as we planned to take the kayaks provided by our accommodation, down the mangrove to see the island's waterfall. After letting Ross do most of the work for an hour we reached a dead end and gave up trying to find the waterfall - the novelty of kayaking had definitely worn off by that point! Cue some more lazy beach time for the next day and a half. Our departure from the island was not as glamorous as our arrival - we were taken to the ferry port in a rickety old ...
