Chumphon to Hau Hin

Escaped the city and went to the beach
... and soon realized the amount of nasty old men that were there! Sadly at a lot of the beaches, there is a lot of prostitution. We were trying to find a nice bar to get a drink from, but it seemed impossible because of this. We came across an Irish bar with live music. In many places there is live music, which consists of Thai guys trying to sing English songs. They get the beat really well but tend to slur the words because they obviously have no idea what the singer was trying to ...
It's starting to set in...
... to learn about the language because I feel not only out of the loop but in a way disrespectful to the people, because I only know English. Of course I know everyone who comes here does not speak Thai, but it is getting old trying to draw out what I want with my hands!
The roosters are still crowing which has become an even bigger joke with everyone staying here, the side I live on is referred to as the rooster side!!
