Hotel is nice - swimming pool is well needed and the only problem is the idiotic yanks that cant handle their beer and scream at 2.30 in the morning!

... where we played some ring toss....these activities were definitely not the same as you would think they are. We then made it to the otherside of the island where we counted what we had collected. Had another activity involving carrying a hammock, marble fishing on a kayak, and coconut bowling. Lastly we finished with a game where we lined up from ocean to the beach to see who was the longest...however one team had Joe...6 foot 7....jerks lol. Anyways our team pretty much blew it ...
Phuket, Thailand hurleychick86... my life. Between Reiki, EFT and mutually administered acupressure I've felt ten times better. Maybe it's that that's got me back on the right track? Maybe it's the fact that I've stopped taking the handfuls of expensive drugs the hospital sent me away with - from 'the experts' I might add. I've lost count now but seriously, they had me on all sorts of **** and I've never felt so good as ...

Phuket, Thailand lannyc... chairs & scooters the sheer amount of these war chariots charging around the ship is sight to behold, at night they left in communal areas outside the lifts and central stair wells being recharged for the next days battles. I should explain that I'm in no way prejudice against them being on board but I believe the sheer number actual presents a real safety issue onboard. On planes the number of passengers allowed to travel with restricted ...
Phuket, Thailand easygeeze... Hotel, Patong). The guys who run the course picked me up from the hotel in the morning and went to a resort complex that had a big swimming pool that was available for use. I was the only student for the dive course. I was first taken to the class room where I watched a 45 minute DVD about safe diving. I then suited up and was taken to the pool, it was just me and the instructor. I must admit it was a bit strange breathing under water at first but eventually I became more ...
Phuket, Thailand, Thailand traveller64446... but she also showed me the good side of it. As she navigated me around these twisting beach access roads, she would gently whisper in my ear "slowly, slowly" if I went too fast. She's tall for a thai (5'6") and very slender. Thais have the most amazingly smooth skin in the world, and she was no exception. What's amazing, though, is that Thais are so insecure about their dark skin. She told me over and over, "I hate my black skin." When she ...

I was having trouble keeping my head still and my eyes on the horizon so I just couldn't look down much and definitely thought I would vomit or fall over if I tried to clean up the goo. Some tour people eventually came down and started, and we found a towel and that helped. But at this point most people were inside and then there was one massive wave that rocked the boat almost completely over. Chairs, people and ...
Koh Phi Phi, Thailand shanemilli... and Rik (our friends from Manchester) at the airport. Met with hugs and screams we taxied our way into Phuket, the sun was shining at this point - but it only lasted about half an hour! Cat and Rik kept saying they didnt mind the rain, they were from Manchester, but we knew Thailand had more to offer than rain. We checked into the best hotel in the world EVER. It was off season so everything was cheap and this was ...
