... too strong for my pathetic swimming or surfing prowess really. Surfing will have to wait til another day. I've managed the bitter blow of disappointment in the only way I know how - a couple of good lattes and a plateful of croissants. I must need all those empty calories to replenish the energy in my legs, right? And maybe a chance to do some stand up paddling later instead of the surfing. Kind of sucked to watch and not be able to go out yet due to my arm. Matt didn't want to go out by himself. The plan for the rest of the day is to perch up on a beach in Nusa Dua, and grab some lunch at our favorite restaurant of Makan Yuk before deciding whether or not to head into Kuta tonight. I'll let you know how all that goes tomorrow.
