Wohlverdientes Faulenzen auf Koh Chang
... Blick auf ein paar gegenüberliegende Inseln und das türkisblaue Meer hatte. Nach einer kleinen Fotosession gabs für Lina noch ein Eis und schon mussten wir wieder zurück aufs Schiff.
Da sich aber so langsam der Schlafmangel bemerkbar machte, waren wir froh, dass sich der Ausflug nun seinem Ende zuneigte. Nach einer Rückfahrt, die uns wie eine gefühlte Ewigkeit vorkam, erreichten wir wieder den Hafen in Ban Bang Bao, von wo aus es nur noch eine kurze Taxifahrt zurück ...
Rubber or Lubber?
... Sleeping on a paper thin mat under a mosquito net. Washing dishes outside over a rock while the chickens peck at stray bits of rice. Preparing food at an outdoor picnic table with seats so ride you have to sit with legs crossed. Bathing, cooking and drinking rain water stored in giant concrete urns as tall as I am. Burning coconut husks in an old pot in the middle of the room to keep off mosquitoes. It gives you a different perspective on life.

Return to Koh Chang....
... has just started up yoga classes.
I definitely felt the pain after yoga, having not done any exercise for over a month, so Monday I decided it was time for a massage to relieve my aching muscles! Red, Green and Panang
... with strips of spring onion. The Pork On Toast is the same mixture on baguette.
Both are deep fried and very tasty.
At the same time we make our deserts - slices of banana wrapped in rice paper and sprinkled with cinnamon.
Next for the main courses. We decide between us to make a selection:

- Panang (which is red with peanuts)
- Green
- Sweet Basil Curry
- Spicy Beef Salad

New Years -part 2
