    ... thrilling and heartbreaking, and at times utterly annoying! You can't go into a store/stall without being pestered, and they never set it at a price that they expect to sell it for! We got approached a few times by people begging for money, but we weren't overwhelmed. After some hard bargaining we came back to the beach with a few items and realised we needed more money for dinner. So we were off to find an ATM. Very long story short, we ...

    ... end, I tell them that I'll pay for breakfast and wont bother checking in, there's plenty of other places round here. Of course it's a complimentary breakfast sir. Feeling jittery and knacked, I'm just thinking this place is going to be a pain and we'll have to be on our guard. It doesnt turn out to be like that here, but it wasnt the best of starts.

    Eventually we check in and the room is big, AC, fans, TV, big beds and very clean. Grant is tired ...

    ... to a corrugated iron lean-to in shanty town where the guy told me he could have one for me in 15 minutes (“are you sure? – yes*** sir”).

    We go around the corner for a cleansing ale and 30 minutes later return to find he now says it is impossible for him to help me. All of a sudden he is unable to speak English to explain why.

So I had to ask him what was the purpose of the jogging and how did it relate to yoga. “ Its fitness” he replied “you said you wanted fitness” we both then tried to explain that although we had said the word fitness we did not expect a cardio workout in the yoga class.
