    We stumbled on another water temple that had about 5 tourists, was even more beautiful, and was a much more positive experience. There were no touts and there were about 15 local kids swimming in the pool.     ... So after all that hoo haa we finally got into a taxi 2 hours later...thankfully the taxi system was very efficient and we didn't have to wait for that at all!
