Nice room...place felt a little like it is waiting to be sold, which I think it is....would rather stay at Hamanasi.

... That evening, feeling exhausted we cooked a half of the barracuda which I caught, with some fillets still left over for lunch the next day! There's something about eating a fish you have caught :-) Yummy.
Even though the trip was over it didn't mean Horace and Paul were. In fact we enjoyed some cocktails at our place altogether and then on our final afternoon in Hopkins they picked us up from our hostel with our bags and we went over to Horace's house ...
... that? I was beeped at continuously! I thought for sure this is how I was going to die. Seriously? On a bike? Yes, on this damn bike. I hid in Pasta Pasta for an hour to calm down, eat, cool off, and gather enough nerve to try and make it home. Pasta Pasta by the way was an amazing Italian restaurant owned by a Mexican. Once I was home safe I started laughing so hard I was crying. That was the last time I touched the bike.
... bus depot, I exchanged some cash and purchased our bus tickets. We dropped our bags at the bus depot where the attendant attempted (and failed) to calculate the hourly rate to care for our luggage. Let's just say that her rate was double the posted rate... I helped her with the math.

Clayton is our teacher. He was playing at Driftwood last night and he proudly tells us that his group won the battle of the drums back in 2012 and that he will be in an ad for Garifuna drumming.
There are four of us and we all bang away in rhythm with Clayton (some had more rhythm than others….). We learnt 4 tunes on our segundu drums. Hinesh was very concentrated on the rhythm and I am laughing at how serious his face is. While ...
