With our new blog cleared of last year's trips we have
decided for better or worse to try and keep a weekly blog this year as well as
putting on any trips that we make. We have had all of last year’s blogs printed
and the book will be the second volume of our travels and, now that is printed,
we can start our new blog with the first week of December.

The Datca is good!
... When we showed up we were amazing at how nice it was. The room, the pool, the beach, it felt like paradise. There were probably only 20 people staying at the hotel so it felt like Tracy and I had the place to ourselves. We went down to the beach and did some snorkeling, and then we tried to rent some wind surfing boards but just our luck the owner was having his siesta.
We had a nice relaxing night, and were treated like royalty :)

... many people and each of them told us a different thing. Turns out the hotel was 200m in front of us, down this little hill and we just couldn't see it.
After that frustrating ordeal it was defiantly time to hit up the beach and have a few Efes ( the main beer in Turkey ) We stayed on the beach until 8:00 and watched the sun set. The sunset obviously wasn't as picturesque as Santorini but still very nice. There are ...
