... where people came for one reason only full or half moon. Tonight was the pre party for full moon, called the jungle party hence it's location deep in the jungle. We knew it was expensive in there for drinks as they could charge what they wanted, there was nowhere else around to get alcohol from. So we decided to have pre drinks before hand in our dorms, only to then find out that we couldn't buy alcohol ...

... boarding pier of yesterday. Our private taxi whisked us off to Krabi to a great hotel in this resort. We dined by the sea overlooking the sand and seven islands of limestone pinnacles on the horizon. After sunset we stumbled into a bar for music and cocktails. ... and I volunteered in so many years ago and have never met anyone who's been there, never mind lived there! They were equally as excited that I had been there and kept bringing me around and telling people, "this is Lisa, she has been to Nakuru!! And she climbed Mount Kenya!" The girls were right, they were hilarious and definitely ready to party. We found a really nice place on the beach that could accommodate such a big group and settled in to have a couple drinks. ...

... go around the island in a circle around the main tourist areas which are all close to each other. It's a bit like a tuk tuk. They will try to exploit you but well, it's great fun! ... t have room for four people, so we ended up spending a bit more and getting a hut on the beach! It's in a perfect location ie a 10 minute from the full moon party, but far enough away that we can't hear any of it! The full moon party was as big as expected! We ended up meeting up with Sian's friends from Nottingham for predrinks.
