    ... distance... Oh well what to do.. keep going .. could be something exciting around the next corner ... hehe.. Great idea.. until the heavens opened .... Sheltering under some trees worked for awhile.. but the rain seemed relentless so i carried on ... Drenched through and a few hours to get back, another great day out trying to blend in haha
    That evening it was out to a rather upmarket Asian restaurant. for an all you can eat. I'm slowly learning the Filipino way! ...

    ... much better than that! We decided in the end to stay on Malapascua as it was beautiful and the Purple Snapper place was just the ticket (free tea & orange juice all morning if you bought a breakfast!) Adding to our tally of wrecks around Malapascua we found another 2 wrecks further up from the light house yesterday. These were more recent and were probably the fallout from a large tropical storm. We had 2 snorkelling sessions lasting 3 to 4 hours around the area and ...

    ... has. I ended up feeding him a banana, and I don’t know how well fed he was because he literally jumped for it. A lot of people have pet monkeys, and they chain them up and build a little house. He did have a good harness though so I don’t think it hurts him. It was fun watching him swing around. After we were done at that waterfall, we went to the next one.

    Saturday 4th June...cont:

    We were flying out of Cebu really early tomorrow morning, so only needed a cheap place to stay for the night, and luckily I'd done a little research of places.
