    ... factors. I also am sick of the bugs and showers and heat and sweat. ( bikram, you've got nothing on the DR). It's been unstoppable heat, with not a drop of rain this week.     Today I learned to kick butt - literally. I had a private kickboxing lesson. It was great fun learning to punch and channel Jackie Chan (at least in my own mind), but it was one of the physically hardest workouts I've ever done.
