It was about 3 hours to Montreal and another hour to The Sugar Shack - our lunch pit stop. The Sugar Shack is a Maple Farm. So ofcourse our meal today was very traditional and included a lot of maple syrup. There were 2 big bottles of pure maple syrup on our table. I was in heaven. Kat from Glasgow tried maple syrup for the first time in her life. She has been missing out!
