... expensive. $55 per person to go, we couldn't believe it, as I said we had budgeted for it to be Thailand cheap but we have definitely found they are in no way comparable. My research 6 months ago has failed for the first time all trip! We're not starving though we can survive happily but won't be charging around doing all activities under the sun. Hotel prices are good but food is expensive and transport is extortionate. The other problem is the rain, it would make it impossible ...

... had more time and could have gone to areas around San Jose, we would have wanted to stay longer; but from what we saw, we were fine with our one day. We took a walk around the city center as David mapped out for us. Food was a little expensive in ...

... home! I love and miss everyone back in the States, but I feel like I have family here also! Honestly, I didn't know what to expect coming into this trip with this particular group, but it has been so much fun so far! I love seeing these girls come out of their comfort zones and interact with the locals and work so hard. I cannot wait to see what the rest of this week holds! :) ~Jess

... out of the water and apparently lots of fish die including my puffers according to Guayo. Noooo not my puffer fish :( Day 70: I'm snorkel guiding again today and for once I'm not too happy about it. It's not that I don't want to snorkel it's more that there is a red tide which a) equals bad visibility, great for snorkelling b) smells and c) probably isn't that good for you to ingest which always happens when snorkelling. Thank god we got to Tortuga and it wasn't ...
