... last year (although the dental care was cheaper!). The country is known for its excursions and adventure, but it seems like to do anything, the cost is a minimum of $100-$150 USD per person and for many of those excursions, they only last a few hours. Naturally, we're comparing that to last year and other than Switzerland (which we knew was quite expensive beforehand and we only spent 5 days there), we can't recall a country where we'd have to ...

... we saw were kind of poor. The people very nice, everyone spoke great English and they are very proud friends of America, and they are proud of their democracy. Used to be you could get something inexpensive down here and a lot of American's retired in CR. But not anymore, shanty shacks will cost you more than living on the coast in Cali!!! Location, location, location is the name of the game down here. ...

If you read the previous entry, you'll know I came into town late. Then at midnight, someone was mistakenly trying to open our door thinking it was their room. Needless to say, waking up at 620 am for yoga class this morning was quite the task.

Today is my busiest too. From 7-830, we did yoga. Met my yoga instructor, Alejandra (damn, I want her body!). It was great, I love that she made the effort to give tips on how if I do little things in my ...

    ... a lot today!

Since we had the only keys to the house and the boys had no way to get back in, we made sure we were home by early afternoon. Not that it was necessary because the boys didn't show back up until 4:45. What was supposed to be a 1/2 day trip turned into a full day adventure 20 miles offshore.
