... We saw relics of St. Anthony ... His vocal chords, part of his tongue, and his teeth and we passed by and go to touch his coffin. The Basilica is absolutely gorgeous. We saw the University of Padua where Galileo was an instructor. It is the second oldest university in Italy. Today we drove to Ravenna and saw a basilica built in 540 AD and a mausoleum built 100 years earlier than that. The churches and other ...

... beautiful as well, divided into an upper and lower church as well as the tomb of St. Francis underneath, it had an incredible energy about the place and for me at least it was one of the most interesting churches we had visited. Some literary types get all stick-up-their-butt about popular, YA (Young Adult) fantasy novels, but I love them, for one simple reason: they're FUN. Just a word in my defense: "Twilight" is a four-novel series that features two main characters who fall in ...

... up and in he corner, that had a great view of the lake from our balcony and a great view of the town from our bathroom window. It was dark by the time we walked around Passignano, so we went to the old part of town and found a nice restaurant that served great seafood. During our trip to Italy, the restaurants have always supplied excellent tasting food and good wine. The Italians love their food and drink, it shows in the quality of the restaurants at reasonable prices.
