      ... me start at the beginning. It's the run up to Christmas. And before I forget, can I wish every one a very Happy, Healthy, and prosperous New Year.       ... received the invitation to join them all early one morning.
      Apparently the governor was also going to be there, so not to miss an opportunity, polished up our shoes and got out the glad rags. The location was the ancient (well relatively speaking old for here) Fort Amsterdam. One of the original fortifications built by the Dutch to defend the island a few hundred years ago. Now however, very little of the original structure still remains

      ... were very few people on the beach. Our taxi dropped us off on the end of the beach where the Sunset Beach Bar is located. At the entrance to the bar patio is a surfboard. It has black paint on it which they used as a blackboard. On the surfboard are listed all of the incoming flights and landing times.

      November 13, 2012 - Ship visit - day 2 The morning started really early considering the late nite I had, but I didn't want to waste a moment! Read the online version of the Globe on an outside deck overlooking the ship's stern with a view of the island of St Bart's.       ... in St. Louis late tonight and make a Whole Foods / REI run tomorrow before driving back to Branson. We owe a HUGE THANK YOU to Fred and Jill for inspiring this trip and taking us sailing. It will definitely make the list of all-time most memorable vacations and we had such a great time with them.
