          Left San Diego quick stop for a few supplies in local Walmart, then headed East on I8. Climbed to an ear popping 4,000 ft before dropping back down to sea level, where we changed to a desert landscape.           ... which had to turn back. Several movies were filmed here including Broken Arrow. It's pretty remote. I can't imagine getting a production crew out here. We also had time for a quick lunch in Sedona and a walk through some shops. I tried to be open to the Crystal Vortex but nothing happened. Apparently my psychic abilities are limited.

          ... are gone:-( We had been to Jerome probably 15 years ago, during ACI in Phoenix, and had eaten at a great restaurant with HUGE views of the surrounding valley.
