... really good to get everyone together for once. It has not been easy to meet everyone on this tour, and although I know everyone by name, I have not had a chance to spend time with them all, so it was a treat to sit next to Di whom I had only met briefly before and knew I would get on really well with. Mad dogs and Englishmen…So the temperature is 100 when we
get up and after breakfast it is off to the Tourist Centre to find out what to
do. We are in Red Rock Country so there are loads of trails and walks. The guy
suggests we do Fay Canyon trail, shady and flat, so off we go. A lovely walk and for our comfort, cloudy
would you believe, at least for the most part. Still incredibly hot but we were
prepared! After walking ...

The HydroHot furnace in our motorhome piled up so we replaced it. We were fortunate enough to find a dual certified AquaHot technician that knew his stuff and he was quick to point out that the unit's burning chamber had a factory defect. He phoned the factory, explained the problem, sent them pictures and fought on our behalf but the warranty had expired... tough. The new one cost us $9000. ...
