    ... at 6:30 and may get out of here by 10. We have reservations in Seligman on route 66 for a couple of nights. And we were off, earlier than expected! A nice day, warm and blue. About a 3 hour drive to Seligman and we were greeted by Reinhardt and Mike at Canyon lodge, where we always stay. This time we are in the Elvis Presley room, and the north end of the lodge.     ... cruise was beautiful if chilly depending upon where the boat was.

    We did the pub visit too although I have forgotten the name of the pub. There were typical British foods - things like Ploughmen's Lunch and Beef & Guinness Pie - and I think most of us came away with left-overs.

    Of course I did not get an opportunity to write this right away and I have forgotten the details. But what I do remember is how much Dad would have enjoyed this in the past.
