Very big, HUGE, walking distance too far from lobby to your room. Too far from the volcanos. Nice facility though

A couple of things I haven't mentioned. The Island of Hawaii is the biggest of all the islands in Hawaii. Hence it's ' name as the 'Big Island' . This island is so large that all of the other. ... re on the wrong side of the harbour. “but you can drive around..” uhoh, we don’t have a car. “But can we walk?” , “Oh yeh, sure” he replies. We had arrived well early and now we are late, we skip around the harbour as fast as we can and precariously hang out over a security fence to get around the foreshore. We make it to our tour just in the nick of time. Our hosts, Bree and our captain Jeff, are lovely and professional.
... and final location: Kealakekua Bay. This is listed as the best snorkeling spot in all of Hawaii, and I can see why! It was the clearest water I have ever seen – visibility to 100 feet. There was a huge drop off here. The coral was about 4-30 feet down in different spots on a shelf about 75 ft wide. There was then a huge drop off to several hundred feet deep.
