We couldn't venture too far inside but it was totally cool as we had to struggle against the outgoing current, which was stronger than expected. Hi everyone. As of right now it looks like we and 3/4 of the over 300 boats anchored here are leaving tomorrow. We are headed for Black Point about 50 miles to the north. We'll keep ya posted once we get another chance at the internet. All our love.

We left Black Point at 7 a.m. and sailed down the shallow Bahama banks for 2 hours and then we reached Galliot Cut, a narrow passage that opens up to the Atlantic waters. There are numerous cuts along the string of Exumas and in order to get to Georgetown we have to go into the Atlantic.
