As someone who is irrationally afraid of clichés and has seen travel blogs kept by just about every junior at Tufts this past year, I am feeling a bit of self-loathing. ... get a chance to see my family again, but I will be away in Ireland for a full five months. The thought of that is a bit scary to me, though my parents probably think that I just want to be as far as possible from them, that's not true at all. I will probably miss them and my sister most of all.

Don't get me wrong, I could not be more excited for this amazing opportunity to come, but it is weird to think about not having my friends or family ...
