Room 5502 or (502). Our room was small but lovely. Phil and I had a huge bed, you could have fitted 4 people in it comfortably. Bathroom was clean with a shower rose with great pressure, keypad safe and wonderful storage.
Breakfast was just wonderful. Everything was so fresh and the variety was fantastic.
However, we could not control the air conditioner. It was so warm, considering it was 39 degrees outside, we were perspiring during the night. That is not the only thing, there was cigarette smoke smell coming through the air conditioner which only got stronger throughout the night.

... 4 years ago in Turkey. On the way back to Palamutbükü we took the "scenic" route. I am not a friend of twists and turns and serpentine roads. When we finally got out of the car I felt slightly nauseous. So much to enjoying the view. In the late afternoon we headed for the local restaurant where we played Skippo and Kniffle. Afterwards we had dinner and headed back to the house for an evening of ...

... is sunny, warm and upbeat. Except for a guy in a wheelchair stuck on the car deck below. There's no facility for him to get to the passenger deck. He's got a friend with him. They're Egyptian visiting family? Getting medical treatment? Who knows? All I know is they're friendly and not going through all the luggage stowed beside them. Datça, a small beach side resort, is perfect. It's set up for large summer crowds but they've left so we've ...
We arrived in Bodrum in Turkey and hopped aboard our Turkish Gulet. It's a traditional Turkish boat. Our captain was Oolash, his crewman was Uur and our Cook was Bydem. We headed out cruising down the coast. The water was incredibly blue and warm! We saw sea turtles, jellyfish and garfish. Greg caught a moray eel. We ate A LOT! No chocolate for Mrs K when I get back!! Everyday we ...
