... any bears or the like (apparently there is a grizzly that likes to try and make friends with guests…no thank you, I have enough friends for now).

I’ve organised to take a tour of Whitefish hospital on Thursday morning, and will go for another trail ride in the afternoon. Then it’s time to pack up, as I head off late on Friday morning. It will be sad to go, but I’m looking forward to the relative warmth of San Diego!!

... paths than roads, and certainly more scenery than most cities one is likely to encounter. Glacier National Park and Whitefish Mountain are both clearly visible as sights that stand the test of seasons, no small feet for a resort community. Which is thriving mind you. Granted today was a beautiful mid-July day, but Whitefish gives the feeling that it would be hospitable in any weather. The Frank Lloyd Wright ...

... knowledgeable of the park. Most of them all have been rangers. The Red Bus' are the same original ford buses that were used to show tourists around many years ago. They were recently rebuilt by Ford and is the only tour operator in the park. Our tour began with a drive through Many Glaciar road again and stopped over at the Hotel for a quick walk around and then headed towards the Canadian border. The border itself is pretty cool to see if you ever get ...
