Folks, we have a winner. My journey continues up the east coast to Airlie Beach. One long overnight bus ride later, I arrive to Airlie and instantly put it in my top 10. It only takes a second to realize it's beauty and you're intrigued from the get-go. Although there is no surf here, it is the port to many sailing departures throughout Whitsunday. Would I do this again??? Absolutely! We really want to try out a hybrid camper next so that will probably be our next trip. Then we can compare the two.
