... The scenery is beautiful! There are tons of pine trees and every now an then you will get a view of a huge wetland or Lake Michigan.

Last night it rained all night and it is still drizzling this morning. We are going to go to Seney National Wildlife Refuge and then making our way to a campground near Porcupine Mountain State Park.

On the second day I went for a longer hike to Chapel Rock and Chapel ...

A short drive to the Lower falls and a longer walk to see a series of cascades - again quite pretty. We did our exercise on the steps at the falls - about 100 at the first and closer to 200 at the second.

Drove to Paradise to find a room for the night. It is a very small spot on the map and not much bigger when we got there but there were 3 hotels/motels ...

... the other people were...I'm still amazed that no one was seriously hurt. Unbelievable! We are heading towards a place called 'Detroit Lakes' today. For those of you following on the map, that's all the hiways following Lake Superior to Duluth/Superior and then dipping south towards Fargo, ND. We are stopping in at some prospective campsite in National Forests to see if we might be able to get the Motorhome in on future trips. So far, they seem ...
