    ... cold, but lovely clean and light blue. Cliona finally awake she took a chance at testing the waters but was too cold for her to swim, des of course had other ideas and would have picked her up and throw her in if she hadn't protested, he did manage to splash her though. Water bikes were being rented in front of us but they were ridiculously priced, like everything in this area, well except food, thats very reasonable. Little kids were building sand banks and shouting in delight when ...

    ... and on the search for a spot on the beach and some lunch.

    When we were walking on the path along the beach a guy came rushing to us with a paper with pictures of chips and burgers on it and started to point at his food stall. Sure after our breakfast we wanted some western food. Prices were quite good so Miriam, Clíona and Des ordered a chicken burger with chips and Cian got a fresh fruit salad, yummy! Food in China isn't disappointing ...

    ... for the ticket machine and Clíona, Des and Cian would stand in the queue's for the cashier desks. Yay, Ticket machine had English instructions! Just one problem, we don't have Chinese ID cards... (They want to see your passport for everything here) Back to the cashier queue we went. Haha! Got our tickets fine and time to go through security now, we are not sure if they really checked our bags as you aren't allowed to have liquids with you, ...

    ... friendly! We passed paddy fields, palm trees, forest covered hills and the dirty smog seemed to gradually disappear.
    Sanya! Blue skies! Sun! Warmth! Yay! There was a queue for the taxi stand, so got our sunglasses out and queued up, people standing next to us couldn't stop staring, made feel Des like we were superstars!2 other girls were very amazed by Cliona's piercings, one was trying to explain to the other that you could also have a tongue ...
