... and dear friend, John McLaughlin.....aboard the USS Midway Museum which is docked in San Diego Harbor......What a treat.
In Cabo, we had a delightful experience swimming with the Dolphins, which far exceeded our
expectations. We had been to Cabo several years ago and couldn't believe the improvements.
Mexico is definitely on the upswing.

... front of us ,they can't beach as it would be impossible to come ashore with the huge pounding surf. This is the quietest of the developments - the other 2 seem to have constant entertainment going on - especially in the evenings.
A 15 KM drive east from here, had us at a stunning beach this morning -(about where the "1" appears on the map ). There lined up facing the brilliant blue ocean were 45 lovely thatched burre's (like ...

We all go out to dinner at a cute little fish restaurant to finish off our fantastic vacation in Mexico, but eventually, after a little persuasion, we decide that since it is our last night in Cabo then we must go out with a bang. So back to house to shower, change and get ready for round two night out ...

So it wasn’t really until my third and final night where went out into the town that I actually realised the extent of the place I was in. It seemed as though my new found friend fit in perfectly to this type of atmosphere, although admittedly he was one of the younger perverts on show! Had a few drinks at this bar, ...

First. These were all taken on our last day of the trip. Not Cabo. After leaving at 7 sharp on Monday morning we are trekking SE to the most picturesque portion of the trip. After going thru a lot of(about 175 miles) of pretty flat desert and plains we go steeply up in elevation maybe 4000 feet. We are getting set to enter a mining town on the Sea of Cortez where there is a large Canadian mining company mining copper. Get set for nice shots and ...
