    ... of place!

It's also a fishing village and I saw seals which had jumped up onto the back of the boats to beg for fish! Quite cute really - unfortunately, I didn't manage to get a photo. Also, lots and lots of pelicans, also begging for fish, but these pelicans were a brown colour - totally different to our white and black ones in Australia. ...

... evicted to make way for a small tourist port surrounded in a sea of beauty. Only problem with this boom town for tourism is the sea of unfinished buildings, the beautiful landscape spoiled by derelict buildings, a sign of money running out mid-process no doubt. Aside that the place was nice enough; I’m starting to see a theme though, these ports pushing aside traditional culture in favour of jewelery stores; a source for the economy ...

... was one of the most beautiful women I've know, and I appreciate her advice and the love we shared for each other. One of the last words of advice she gave me was to travel, to see the world while I was young, to make the most of my opportunities, privileges and blessings. So I will travel, only wishing that I could tell her all about it when I return, but I know she's looking down on me. And she is inside of me in my heart and memories.

    Watch out for that wave!

So the surf in Cabo is a bit different than, well, a lot of places. We found this out quickly on our first walk down the beach from our hotel.

There we were, casually strolling along checking out the surf. Shane was walking closest to the water and I was trying to keep my camera dry.

Big wave breaks and knock BOTH of us on our butts. We were laughing so hard that we couldn't get up.

    So much for staying dry!
