    ... in the pool between the players, but the funniest part was the Serbian coaches, grabbing the referees. The head coach was yellow carded, but one of the assistant coaches was given a red card and walked off amongst a very loud "USA, USA" chant. The game went right down to the wire before the US scored a goal with about 1 second left to push ahead 14 - 13. The crowd went crazy and the "USA, USA" chant broke out again.

Both Lilly and I have bought a small army's worth of jeans and now need to the ensure that we stay in shape long enough to keep wearing them once we get home. Ok, back to the game.     ... Repair, Safelite Replace". Mary was on the phone with them about a minute after it happened and before we arrived at the hotel we had set up an appointment and gotten the claim pre-approved by our insurance carrier. About 15 minutes after we checked in to the hotel the technician was out here and about 30 minutes after that he had repaired the crack right in the parking lot. Although its only a temporary fix as we'll need ...

    ... at the river area and lovely walkway along the rivers edge. The bus took us to the older parts of town and we saw where the devastating fire of 1871 started (it burnt 17,000 buildings and left 100,000 people homeless) and lots of the old gangster areas - it was all very interesting. Once we returned to the city centre it was very humid and oppressive, Greg and Jasmin went off to get a specialty gangster ...

    ... and The Bean, Buckingham fountain, the Field Museum and 'Sue' the largest T Rex ever found. I also got see the beginning of Route 66 - a very proud moment, which proved that I could read a map! And Navy Pier. The afternoon was spent shopping... From Top shop to H&M to the Water Tower - 7 floors of shopping mecca! For dinner Quartino was the Ristorante of choice...the profiteroles were amazing!
