This was a holiday with my dad, step-mum and little brother and sister. Never been before so was amazed when i saw all the volcanic rock everywhere and the black stuff instead of grass! was a nice holiday..
Sunday 8th June
Feliz Cumpleaņos a mi and its a warm 28 degree day! Nursing a sangria hangover we have a delicious cooked breakfast before jumping on the 9am bus from Playa Bastian to the inland Teguise markets - the oldest in Lanzarote. Here we find 100's of stalls selling everything from toe rings and cactus muffins to 'genuine' fake handbags. After half an hour we've seen most of it but have another 2.5 ...
... Today we're catching the brand spanking new Edinburgh trams to the airport! What an experience, they are so fast and flash and run almost door-to-door for us. Kev is convinced that the tram bells sounds like the McDonalds beeping timers, and talks about how hungry he is the whole way!

loved it, setting was ace and friendly staff! Was really nice to be able to walk around with my siblings and parents and felt safe and the scenery was amazing! loved it!
