    Making it impossible to miss my flight I ensured we left home to leave for Heathrow with plenty of time.     ... down was way quicker, but really ******* the knees and calf muscles. I was too scared to stop, in case I couldn't start again!

    It felt so good to be back in bush, with clean water, not too many people (thanks to it be mid-week and not a holiday time), and we all really enjoyed a well-earned lunch when we arrived back down.

    Needless to say, the bus ride back was silent, with most people falling asleep pretty quickly.
