... of some “veteran” teachers, we found some new food sources which will help – cream cheese and sliced ham. I made Blanche’s mushroom dip last night and it tasted soooo good!

We know the deep freeze has settled in at home and we’re shivering in empathy. At least there hasn’t been a lot of snow to shovel yet!

... all the gelatinous foods and drinks they have here that we couldn't find any stores that sold JELL-O. We were going to make jello shots but clearly that was a bust. We made sure to stop in the chocolate and cheese areas and I went home with a block of cheddar and some peach rings. It had been a pretty busy week and tomorrow is going to be a lot of running around so I was fine with heading home and catching up on some sleep.
