Cathay Pacific were a great airline to fly with, lovely new plane and so smooth all the way. Be nice to review it from the front end next time, rather than in the tail, but it was still good. Congee for breakfast on the plane, nice work! I am always surprised at how much I ...

... pays for it, but it's mandatory for all teachers. Adam called me through the intercom system at the entrance of the building to tell me not to eat anything for breakfast. Great fasting. As if I had a choice on it at the time. That means that they are going to draw blood. I met Adam downstairs, and from there we walked to the school. I think from my front door to the school I can make it in just about a minute. We were met with the school driver Mr. Dai ...

... dinner at The Quarterdeck Club on Hong Kong Island. I have to say, I was slightly disappointed about the location, as I really wanted to see the light show which happens every night at 8 - all the buildings light up and there are lasers across the harbour and music.. but apparently this is really only visible from Kowloon. We saw some lazers, but they were quite dim from where we were. The buffet dinner at Quarterdeck was lovely though, and a ...
