... pilot whale sighting and we were tailed for a couple of hours on one day by an un identified fish around 2 meters in length. Only saw 2 other yachts on the way over. A Flash of Flying Fish
... Destination Dance' and featured the Headliners Theatre Company showing off their choreography of different dances from different eras and nations. The costumes were very good and it was an excellent show.

Whoa! I'm Going To Barbados
... We enjoyed some breakfast prosecco and livened up the morning orange juice with a few generous shots of vodka, whilst relaxing and waiting in excited anticipation for the holiday to come.
Eventually the flight was called and we boarded the A330 Airbus which would take us to Bridgetown, Barbados. It always reminds me of that 1974 "Typically Tropical" song that goes like this:

Barbados and more changes
... So our planned 12 days of more catching up and good times was foiled by the ongoing American paranoia that the world is a big bad place full of terrorists under every bush … and as a consequence we missed some more good times together.
So I decided that it was time to hit the gym for a couple of hours per day for the 12 days of the cruise … as well as all the walking and sightseeing, etc …

Heat rash and sun burn, oh my!
... day reapplying the stuff and ended up with a heat rash which I'm prone to get but never this angry.
So, I spent my day in the sun and ocean and hanging with Alex. We were all tired from the day before so we said our goodbyes and the beach and went our separate ways. I spent the night in, watching the Discovery channel and reading my book, which I can't get enough of.
