      ... food and healthier options that are offered here. I feel so much better and not as sluggish. Diet definitely plays a huge part in our well being.       ... I ducked for cover under an abandoned bus shelter and was stuck here for half an hour. As the rain started to ease I decided to start walking again and just by absolute luck a taxi went by and was able to take me all the way back into Ubud.

      ... my fruit salad which upset me because I had saved my favourite banana and pineapple for last! He got what he deserved though when the staff chased him away with stones in catapults. That's carma right there and hopefully it was a lesson to all other thieving monkeys. Nonetheless, it made for an exciting morning.
