Stayed at the Gardenia Hotel last night. We arrived after dark and it was incredible to wake up to the amazing view of Labuan Bajo harbour from our hotel patio. ... point I went back to terra firma and Steve swopped the 2 man kayak to a 1 man and tootled off out again. I sat and watched from the beach and was watching so avidly that I didn’t see my flip flop being taken away on the tide.....ended up running down the beach to retrieve it! All good fun.
