We were shown the roaster machine as well as introduced to an employee hand selecting the raw coffee beans in which to roast. Mrs. Twyman though Caucasian, is Jamaican born and raise and owns over 2000 acres of coffee bean plants. She had employed over 60 workers but had to reduce her staff due to harsh dry season ...

    ... the bean out. It came out in two halves, covered in a slippery jelly. He then said to put the bean in our mouths and suck off the jelly. We looked at the bean, then at him, then at the bean.     ... of each other here. The Lime tree farm was perched on top of a hill with a fantastic view of the surrounding mountains and valleys. Our cottage was fantastic and looked out over the edge of the hill. It had a huge bedroom area with t.v, dvd’s a hot shower and coffee making area (of course!). There is a main open air kitchen house just up the hill a little which was also great.
