Monday Oct 20th We packed the car again early to head off to Westport, about 1.5 hrs drive in a SW direction between Ottawa and Kingston on Upper Rideau Canal. B n E's trailer is situated there along with various others on the grassy area next to the canal. Another great picturesque drive displaying the colours of autumn but noticed now a lot more trees had dropped their leaves. ...

The boat took us on a 2 1/2 hour international tour through both the American and Canadian sections of the 1000 Islands, including Millionaire's Row. For our second camping trip we headed out to Rideau Acres campground near Kingston. A nice campground although we we placed on the main road so a fair amount of traffic. Set up was much eaisier this time (we're learning) and we had a nice weekend just chillin'.
Breaking camp went well also and we were home around 3pm Sunday after an enjoyable drive home. Starting to get the hang of having the trailer behind, so far so good.
