... researched and various other admin tasks completed, while also playing the ever-present Scrabble app for iPhone. We finally crashed at 4am!

Despite the rather late finish, we were up and out by 10 and making our way through the White Mountains National Park and then the sparsely-populated but beautiful state of Vermont. Our route took us alongside stunning mountains with ski fields and gorgeous mountain streams as we headed for the Canadian border. Next stop ...

... American gps lady, didn't take us by the most direct route and took us through the back roads but it gave us an opportunity to see Connecticut, Maine and New Hampshire that you just don't see see from a highway. We skied until about 12:45 p.m. as the groomed snow had been skied off and was now pretty scratchy, ...

People who don't ski or snowboard may see this program as tiring, dangerous, and/or too challenging. However, we all are here because we love every aspect of the sport and the thrill we get from the mountain.

I actually find it relaxing and therapeutic flying down the slopes with just a piece of wood between me and crushing defeat. There is no better way to spend a day in the winter.

This program has special ...
