    ... by lush greenery. We made dinner - Matt's 'beer car chicken', his famous (and much loved) chicken wings, Ben's roast chicken and my paella.     ... used to be the Christian Brothers Winery and in San Antonio. The original campus in Hyde Park currently has three restaurants open to the public, restaurants whose lunch menus I studied closely online before deciding where to make a reservation. The themes of the four are American, Italian, French, and a world-fusion themed one named Gaia.     Rockin' It In The Gunks

    ... is short for "Shawangunks". This is a MECCA for rock climbing and bouldering. There are SOOO many 1 to 3-pitch trad routes. In fact, there are at least a thousand climbs of varying grades.

    The climbs here in the Gunks are definitely sandbagged here (sandbagged means the climb is harder than the rate given to the route). This area holds a special place in Ben's heart, as this is where he learned how to trad climb.
