It is right on the beach- but be mindful of the tides twice a day. The pool is great, the food, gym, it's all outdoors!! Rooms were comfortable. It is not a 5-star resort, but is great for a decent vacation.

BINGO! I need a day off yoga. The walk is led by staffer Greg, a former MMA and UFC fighter. He's one of two fitness coordinators here, along with his …

I've been doing the latter every morning for a while now- no biggie. 7:30- Yoga We had a new instructor. Her name is Ocean. Yes, yes it is. She lit the nag champa incense …
Day One of my Ultra Cleanse! The first question I think I need to answer is 'Why are you DOING this?' So this is where it gets personal. This past contract at my job was a particularly stressful and toxic one. My friend Michelle was there with me, and she told me about a Thai cleanse resort that she had gone to and she loved it. The mental and …
