        ... holding at the dock and three out in the lagoon. It is a very personal experience. So, we watch and take pictures with the first group in the water. I really wanted to be in the second group because I wanted to see what was done and I wanted the experience to last longer with my active memory being the last part.         Leaving Fox town on high tide we had a fab sail over to Sale Cay with the wind and waves behind us. As we rounded the headland by Baracoutta rocks a school of dolphins came to join us! I just hope this place does not take after the name. Once safely anchored we headed out in Lassie to explore but could not get a shore as it was a deserted Island with just mangroves and rugged rocks - no sand to land ...

        ... and you can read about the lecture on Wednesday, the day we are in Tonga. We are 300 miles from the equator now, 648 miles to Pago Pago. The humity is 84% today. It is quite warm. I laid in the sun a couple hours and swam for the first time. The water is salt but it was ok and today the waves weren't too bad in the pool so I was able to swim for 40 minutes.
